At over 10,000 sqft this prestigious property was refurbished to the highest standard whilst maintaining its heritage features. A complete reconfiguration of the office space to create new washrooms, break-out areas and meeting rooms. The mechanical and electrical works were completed on a design and build basis and included a new passenger lift. The high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture helped to complete the look and feel of this prestigious property.
